Position SummaryUnder general supervision, the Semiconductor Process Technician performs cleanroom manufacturing processes with a strong focus on etching operations, supporting the production and development of advanced semiconductor and microelectronic components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work within strict process controls in a highly regulated environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform etching and related semiconductor processes following detailed procedures
Operate and monitor cleanroom equipment; make basic adjustments
Inspect components and verify quality
Record process data accurately
Perform routine equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot basic equipment/process issues
Work safely with chemicals and gases
Maintain cleanroom standards and support team production go
Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on etching experience (required)
Cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing experience
Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical procedures
Experience operating semiconductor equipment
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Etch processes (plasma, dry, or wet)
Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting fundamentals
Data tracking and reporting (Excel, Word)
