JOB PURPOSE
To provide routine office support and general tasks as required.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with photocopying, printing and filing.
Assist with basic data entry.
Responsible for proper upkeep and cleanliness of office area and pantry.
Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and/or for visitors.
Respond to general telephone queries, filtering and transferring calls to the appropriate areas.
Maintain up to date information on notice boards
