Start Date: The start date for this role will be September 2025, for a duration of 8 - 12 months.
Position Summary
What You Will Be Doing:
As an HR Intern, you’ll get to work on a little bit of everything, including:
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives like events, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Welcoming new employees through onboarding and orientation activities.
- Helping with recruitment — posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
- Assisting with HR projects such as policy updates, DEI initiatives, or Benefit program.
- Organizing and maintaining employee records and HR files.
- Being a go-to support for day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
- A current student in Human Resources, Business, or a related program.
- Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable talking to people at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized — you like keeping things on track.
- Curious and eager to learn — you ask questions and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous HR or office experience is a bonus, but not required.
