Job Description

As a Product Acceptance Specialist B, you will be responsible for verifying routine product conformance to design requirements and providing objective evidence of results. You will perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring tasks, identify and document discrepancies, and manage non-conforming items. Your role will include conducting product reviews with customers, identifying significant non-conformances, and initiating corrective action requests.

• Conduct product reviews with customers during product or process verification.
• Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting weights and engaging in various movements for extended periods if needed.
• Work in environments involving contact with metals, solvents, and noise, utilizing personal safety gear.
• Operate near moving parts and tools.
• Complete necessary certification and safety training on and off sites.
• Work any shift, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as required.

• 2-3 years of quality experience.
• Ability to lift weights ranging from 10-35 and perform physical tasks.
• Capability to work in environments with various noise levels and contact with metals and solvents.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically.
• Completion of necessary certification and safety training.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.

• Previous experience in a similar field.
• Computer skills.
• Applicable educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at multiple building locations in Wichita, KS, with a duration of 12 months. Candidates must be available for any shift, including first (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), second (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM), and third (10:30 PM - 6:00 AM) shifts, as well as weekends. Overtime is required based on business needs, with work scheduled for every other weekend. This role does not require a security clearance, but a U.S. Person is required for export compliance. The position is not safety-sensitive, and possible domestic and international travel may be involved.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
