Job Title: Aircraft Repair TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking skilled Aircraft Repair Technicians with a minimum of four years of experience, including at least one year working on Pilatus, Citation, Learjet, or Challenger aircraft. This role is crucial for maintaining and repairing our fleet to ensure safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on corporate aircraft.
- Repair faulty components and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
- Conduct annual inspections and phase maintenance tasks.
- Execute line maintenance and engine repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulations.
Essential Skills- Possession of an A&P license is required.
- Minimum of four years of aircraft maintenance experience, including one year on Pilatus, Citation, Learjet, or Challenger aircraft.
- Proficiency in aircraft inspection and maintenance procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to repair faulty components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience working in a 135 charter operation is preferred.
- Familiarity with general aviation practices.

Work Environment
The position supports scheduled maintenance and inspections from May through October, with potential for permanent hire in November. Work in an open bay environment that is non-climate controlled. We offer flexible shifts, typically Monday through Friday, either from 7am to 3:30pm or 2pm to 10:30pm. Technicians must have their own tools and toolbox.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00/hr.
