Systems Engineer Principal (Level 6)

Description:We are Lockheed Martin

You will be the Systems Engineer Principal for the F-35 Combat Data Systems Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) team. You will be responsible for meeting F-35 CRT product delivery milestones in support of Air System capability delivery roadmap.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop CRT roadmaps, identify/mitigate risks, and facilitate dependency resolution.

• Coordinating all CRT related development activities to include software defect resolution, trend analysis, and performance metrics reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in developing a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), identifying risks, and communicating roadblocks/mitigation strategies.

• Experience collaborating across multi-functional Teams and business units.

• Experience in managing software releases and delivery to customers.

• F-35 Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) experience.
Desired Skills:
• F-35 Program experience.

• Experience in leading teams in Agile methodologies and using Agile Management Tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skill.

• Proven leader who is comfortable interacting with Senior/Executive leadership

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
