Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking a highly skilled Print & Digital Designer to create visually compelling designs that enhance our brand identity across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is an innovative and detail-oriented professional with a strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, branding, and digital media for B2B and B2C stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of print production, digital design trends, and the ability to execute creative concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness.
How you will help us deliver experiences that matter
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design high-quality B2C and B2B materials for both print (brochures, packaging, advertisements, business collateral) and digital (social media graphics, web banners, email templates).
  • Develop creative concepts that align with the brand’s messaging and business goals.
  • Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accurate color correction, formatting, and resolution for professional production.
  • Collaborate with spaneting, content, and product teams to develop cohesive campaigns and assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work with vendors and printers to ensure production quality and troubleshoot any print-related issues.
  • Create motion graphics, GIFs, or interactive digital assets as needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
DAILY TASKS:
  • Design and refine spaneting materials, advertisements, and digital graphics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
  • Review and proof designs for accuracy before sending them to print or publishing digitally.
  • Edit and optimize digital assets for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).
  • Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Research industry trends and competitor designs to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Manage and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries.

  • Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.

LOCATION
Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia
SALARY
$48,672 – $78,539 annually
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A combination of remote and office reporting is in
practice. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL
Domestic and international travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required; or equivalent work
    experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience in graphic design with a focus on both print and digital media.
  • Two years of experience in Marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of print production, including color management, typography, and layout
    principles.
  • Experience in digital design, including web graphics, and social media content.
  • Experience ideating creative concepts for brand campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse design work is required.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
