Short-term Training Planner
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the role
Tracking and recovering all training duties for flight deck and cabin crew members in cooperation with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor training activities on a daily basis
- Obtain crew qualification reports, evaluate, and take action if deviations are found against training syllabi
- Collaborate continuously with Training Department representatives
- Actively communicate with crew members to inform them of possible training recovery options
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure balanced coverage of external trainers and training devices in case of disrupted events
- Ensure high efficiency in training recovery processes
- Create all necessary reports
- Participate in process and system improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management
Experience
1-3+ years overall working experience, with 1+ years of relevant experience in crew training, or aviation
Hard skills
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and working rules, limitations, and rest requirements is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Language
Fluent spoken and written English
Skills and competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
- Ability to work in shifts
