Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to join our Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures (FSCA) Quality Team in Orangeburg, South Carolina on 3rd Shift!

The FSCA Quality team plays a vital role in ensuring parts and assemblies meet type design, specifications, and engineering standards for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. By performing quality inspections, auditing, and collaborating closely with internal teams, this team helps deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality Lipskins for Boeing 777 and 737 aircraft. Position Responsibilities:

  • Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.

  • Provides objective evidence of results.

  • Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.

  • Identifies and documents discrepancies.

  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items.

  • Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.

  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.

  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Willing and able to work 3rd shift.

  • 1+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.

  • 1+ years of experience as Quality Inspector or similar responsibilities position.

  • Able to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience identifying engineering characteristics on product and utilizing calibrated equipment to measure and report results

  • 3 or more years inspecting aircraft structures

  • Experience in a team environment.

  • Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.

  • CMM/Metrology experience

  • 1+ years of experience navigating CMES

  • 1+ years of experience in quality assurance

  • Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Associate (Level B) summary pay range: $55,500 - $65,500
