As a Manufacturing Planner (Level 2), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our production teams have the data and coordination needed to meet mission-critical goals. What You Will Be Doing
- -The successful candidate will conduct daily and strategic problems solving and coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas.
- - Assist in the management of workloads to meet departmental objectives.
- - Work closely with all employees to assure process compliance.
- - Provide management tools to supervision and employees via daily/weekly/monthly reports utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office tools to ensure quality of processes and integrity of system and inventory integrity.
- - Accumulate data and reports monthly metrics to management. Work with team to expedite the movement of parts/kits to support critical assembly line need.
- - Investigate and provides resolution for all non-workable conditions to avoid work interruptions. - Provide customer support in problems solving and process improvements.
- This position will support the Fort Worth Site Replenishment Center Operations (RCO) Warehouse activities.
- - Plans, schedules and arranges own activities to accomplish team objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Production Control operations, material distribution, material movement, and/or warehousing.
- Knowledge of Replenishment Center processes: Receiving, Warehouse, Kitting, Shipping operations.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- CribMaster experience.
- Process Improvement experience.
- Positive attitude and motivation to perform.
- Previous Aero industry experience.
- Knowledge of SAP including transactional acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong coordination and integration skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organization skills allowing successful performance of assigned tasks while supporting multiple teams.
- Ability to obtain secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
