About the Role:
The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for the design and development of digital solutions that meet the needs of security training and future training requirements, to ensure training standards are maintained in line with the Groups values, regulatory requirements, international standards, and best practices.
In this role, you will:
- Conceptualise, develop, and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions, to meet required design specifications.
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with Training Specialists Security and key internal stakeholders in Group Security, Flight Operations Training, Safety and Emergency Procedures, Service Delivery, Group Medical and Group Safety, to understand business requirements.
- Work closely with Security Training Teams, and Security Technology & Projects Team to enable digital solutions that meet training development requirements.
- Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials. Resilient and adapt quickly to the changing digital needs of security training to improve learner experience.
- Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with Emirates Group digital strategy.
- Create and edit security training videos to engage learners and support their understanding. Seek out and recommend opportunities for improvement, efficiencies, and innovation within Security Training.
- Liaise with the broader Digital Learning Experience Team, IT and partner providers to ensure the update, accessibility and smooth running of digital learning solutions.
- Engage with vendors and partner providers (where required) to design, develop and deliver innovative learning and development tools in alignment with business needs.
- Maintain professional development and a high level of subject matter expertise. Constantly scan the digital learning landscape for transformations, emerging tool and techniques and update knowledge and skill.
- Work cross functionally across the Security Training portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
