CUSTOMER SERVICE EVENT COORDINATOR in
CYPRESS, CAResponsibilities: The Customer Service Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Event Manager in building customer relationships and representing the customers interests during daily operations. In addition, the EC is to drive the moments of truth with the customer for all engine shop events. The EC works in close partnership with the Event Manager in order to proactively address engine event opportunities. The EC must have good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and be able to think critically. The EC must also have the ability to adjust and manage priorities, have time management skills, be self-directed and obtain gratification from satisfying the needs of our customers. The EC must have the ability to balance operational goals with satisfying customer commitments while maintaining profitability.
Additional duties would include, but are not limited to; - Manage planned engine events prior to receipt
- Manage customer hold process
- Analyze cost estimates, invoices, and warranty application
- Coordinate customer visits
- Perform as a liaison between the shop and the customer
- Ensure export control and ITAR compliance
Minimum Qualifications: - Associates Degree + 2 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous field experience and customer interface involving PWC products
Business negotiation training and skills
Familiarity with Sarbanes/Oxley requirements
Job Type: - Full-time, Contract
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Essential Job Functions: - General knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must.
- General knowledge of SharePoint would be a huge plus.
